What is a food sensitivity?

Unlike a food allergy where a reaction is immediate, a food sensitivity is a delayed reaction to food. This reaction can be chronic.

Food sensitivities can affect many parts of the body, including skin, the stomach, and the brain. Food sensitivities can cause migraines and affect mental health, among other side effects.

Because food sensitivities cause a delayed reaction, they are hard to discover. It is time consuming and puzzling to try to figure out which food is causing the reaction without any assistance.

Our test allows you to test for food sensitivities using a small blood sample by measuring IgG antibodies.
