How do I obtain my sample?

My lancet broke, what do I do?
This can happen, which is why we include multiple lancets in each test kit. If a lancet breaks, discard it and use a new one. If you are having trouble bleeding, use a new lancet and prick your finger again.
I don't have an iPhone or Android to receive my results via the mobile app. Can I still take this test and receive my results?
How long will it take for my sample to arrive at the lab once I've sent it in?

Are you ordering from outside the US?
Those ordering from other countries should note that we do not cover the cost for you to ship your sample back to the lab. You can ship your sample back using the method of your choice.
Additionally, it will take the lab the same amount of time (two weeks) to process your sample as it would to process the samples of domestic customers. However, you should factor in the extra time it will take for your sample to return to the lab. Therefore, it will take more than two weeks to receive your results.
Be aware that your sample is stable for four weeks. Please take this into consideration when shipping your sample back to the lab.
